In a bid to reduce my electricity consumption, I will not be using an extractor fan whilst showering, so long as there is a window that can be opened in the bathroom. If there is no window, then I will use the fan, as the mould caused from not using the fan, could cause more damage resulting in a higher strain on the environment than just using the fan.
