
I was sat in a restaurant, when I was served up an asian dish, alongside the dish came a packet of wooden chopsticks in a paper casing. It is a familiar scenario, one that I have never, until now, thought as wasteful. But due to this blog project, it occurred to me just how wasteful this is. “But it’s Asian food, it’s supposed to eaten with chopsticks!”
“Nah”, I’d rather use the silver non-disposable fork that is also sat next to my dish. No more disposable chopsticks for me, you can keep ’em. Thanks.
