Day 83 (positive project) Switching Off

I have been treated to a night at a Spa. Once I set off for the spa I will be turning off my phone and disconnecting from the grid. I am seriously addicted to my devices. It is my source of news, entertainment and life line.

Despite this I am sure it’ll be a great relief to be ‘free’ from technology, even for this short time. Maybe it will encourage longer times away from technology in the future.
